Since our humble beginning in the custom homebuilding industry we have delivered some of Central Texas’ most prestigious luxury homes. Distinguished with conscious designs, innovative building techniques, and homeowner investments that yielded above market resale values, our homes became some of the most sought-after in the region. 

Over the next 25 years our company’s endeavors evolved from our passion for bringing a homeowner’s dreams into a palpable experience to developing unique master-planned communities and creative commercial spaces, but our focus on the stakeholder at every step of the process remained the same.

It is our mission to create singular real estate projects that improve the quality of life for the stakeholder in each of our business’ three key facets. Whether that be the craftsman during the build of a charming custom home, the community of neighbors that reap the benefits of developments that deliver wholesome environments, or the investors entrusting us to yield a healthy return on their personal fortunes. While we are visionaries that spearhead our projects, we are simply a sum of all the lives involved in the actualization of a real estate venture.

 

Our Team


 

Bobby Arnold | Principal

Bobby has over a quarter-century of experience in the real estate industry. At the age of 25, he started a homebuilding company, Arnold Design+Build, and emerged as one the most prestigious custom homebuilders in the Central Texas region. Quickly earning the trust and confidence of high-profile custom home clients, Bobby expanded his entrepreneurial endeavors into value-add development projects.

During the course of his entrepreneurial career, Bobby has gained extensive expertise in all three facets of the development process: planning and design, construction, and development. His business foresight and creativity in land acquisitions, land planning, debt and equity sourcing, project management, construction implementation, and property lease-up has earned the financial backing by some of the region’s top public and private equity sources.

 

robert arnold | VP of Commercial Construction & Development

Robert leads the commercial construction and development teams and oversees each project from start to finish. He is responsible for preparing budget and costs tables, building within the budget, permitting, and communicating the client’s goals to the subcontractors and construction workers. He collaborates with architects and engineers on each project, chooses the subcontractors, and reports project progress to client. Robert is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science. 

 

Sherri Morgan | Financial Controller

Sherri has over 30 years of experience in managerial accounting. As our Financial Controller, Sherri is responsible for all accounting functions, financial reporting, and cash management. She works directly with private equity investors in regards to loan details, processing loan financials, and conducting interim construction draws for development projects. Sherri is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. 

 

Brenna diggs | Custom Homes & Property Management

Brenna has over 32 years in the custom home industry. She provides customer service to our custom home clients within our Mosaic Homes division. She ensures communication to and from the client is flowing, sets up any required meetings, assists in ensuring deadlines are met with selections, and any change order requests are processed. Brenna also manages some owner held assets. As Property Manager, Brenna prepares leases for residential and office space, manages repair tickets and subcontractors for each rental property, screens potential tenants, and reports monthly to owners.

 

Shelby Dixon | SALES & Marketing

Shelby is a graduate of Lamar University and a dedicated licensed Texas REALTOR®. She leads the sales and marketing efforts for Arnold Design + Build, driving business growth and brand visibility. As head of Sales and Marketing, Shelby develops and implements strategic marketing plans, oversees client relationships, and manages branding initiatives to ensure the company’s continued success. She analyzes market trends, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates with the design and build teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
